Pharmacy Weight Loss Whitby is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Whitby, United Kingdom (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription services to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual where we determine it is clinically inappropriate or where eligibility criteria are not met. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescriptions issued through our service are generated by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber. No prescription will be dispensed without a clinical review of your submitted medical questionnaire.
Prescriptions are issued at our clinical team's sole discretion. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. Our prescribers follow current NICE guidelines and professional standards at all times.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history. Failure to do so may affect the safety and suitability of your treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist prescriber, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Delivery is made to the address provided during registration. You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by you.
All medication is dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at our registered email address.
Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to offer a refund, as medicines cannot be re-used or resold once they have left our pharmacy. This is in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations and public safety requirements.
If your order is declined by our clinical team, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
The information provided through our website and consultations is for clinical and informational purposes only and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice from your GP or specialist. We strongly encourage you to keep your GP informed of any treatments you receive through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. Full information will be provided with your prescription. If you experience any adverse effects, stop treatment and seek medical advice immediately. In an emergency, always call 999.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
